Requirements

●Associates Degree in Business, Management, Communications, English, or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred

●0 - 2 year experience in related field; experience in Human Resources, Business Management, Insurance is a plus

●Hard working, detail-oriented, and committed to producing great end result

●Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

●Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

●Ability to handle highly confidential information

●Able to work in a deadline-driven multi-tasking environment

●Must be both self-directed and a team player with a positive attitude

●Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; MS Word & MS Excel

●Fluent in English and Korean


Primary Duties and Responsibilities

●Establish, maintain, and update record-keeping and filing systems: classifies, inventory, business reports, and other supportive documents

●Screen and direct business calls to proper personnel; provide excellent customer services for clients and customers

●Schedule and coordinate business travels and company’s recreational events

●Assist and manage employee recruitment, management, and termination

●Monitor and manage employee timecards, time offs, and Absence of Leaves

●Assist and manage insurance benefits: business, health, auto, property, and/or etc.

●Administer and manage Group Health Insurance benefits: enrollment, maintenance, cancellation

●Conduct legal researches on HR-related rules and regulations, and prepare introductory presentations

●Assist and manage network services: company email accounts, internet & intranet services, and/or etc.
